Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your product within 100 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A customer may cancel the transaction within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later.

  • Cancellation of a transaction by a person with a disability, an elderly citizen, or a new immigrant may be done within 4 months from the date of the transaction, provided that communication occurred between the buyer and the company (including a call or electronic communication). The company may ask the customer to present a certificate proving their status.

  • Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is free for customers within the 100-day trial period. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

For returns due to product defects or discrepancies, customers must notify the company and return the product to one of the company's branches. The customer will work with the company to arrange a time for collection if necessary.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@vionentus.com.

Order Cancellation If you cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund before credit is issued.

Important Notes

  • Customers may choose between a monetary refund, exchanging the product for an equivalent item, or receiving a credit voucher for future purchases.
  • For items sold as part of a kit, the entire kit must be returned. Single items within a kit cannot be returned individually.

Shipping To initiate a return, email us at support@vionentus.com and we will provide the exact return address. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you're returning a product outside the 100-day trial period.
