Refund policy

100-Day Trial: Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 100 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or for 120% store credit (example: you paid $100, you get $120 in store credit).

To qualify, the item must look like new, without scratches, damage or visible signs of use, and must include all original packaging. Items bought as part of a bundle or kit must be returned as a complete kit.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@vionentus.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging (front and back, including the barcode).
2. We reply within 1 business day with your return approval and, for US orders, a prepaid return label.
3. Send the item to our returns warehouse:

Return labels expire after 28 days. If yours expires, email us and we will send a new one.

Return Shipping Costs

• Within the USA: free. We provide a prepaid return label.
• Outside the USA: the customer pays return shipping, and a $30 return processing fee is deducted from the refund.
• Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover all costs and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. We email you when the refund is issued. Store credit is issued as soon as the return arrives. Your bank may need a few more days to show the refund on your statement.

Order Cancellation

Email support@vionentus.com with your order number to requesttt a cancellation, and we will refund you within 7 business days, deducting 5% due to operative costs. If an order has shipped, it can be returned under the 100-day trial above for a full refund instead.

Lost or Missing Packages

• If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipping, or the carrier marks it as lost, we will reship it or refund you in full.
• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help you resolve it.

Lifetime Warranty
