100-Day Trial – Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Vionentus product. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial period. If you're not completely satisfied within 100 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a full refund or choose 110% store credit for future purchases.

To be eligible, the product must appear like new, without scratches, damage, or visible signs of use. It must also include all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@vionentus.com to let us know you'd like to return a product.

  2. Include photos of the product and its original packaging to confirm it's in new condition.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address.

Your Return Options

You may choose between:

  • Full Refund:
    Receive 100% of your payment back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal), processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Store Credit +10% Bonus:
    Receive 110% of your original payment in Vionentus store credit, issued immediately after we receive the return.
    Example: If you paid $100, you’ll get $110 in store credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Within the USA: Free return shipping during the 100-day trial. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • Outside the USA: The customer is responsible for return shipping. A $30 return processing fee applies.

For defective items or order discrepancies, please contact us directly. We’ll coordinate the return or pickup as needed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived:

  • Check your bank or contact your credit card provider it may take a few days to process.

  • Still no refund? Email us at support@vionentus.com and we’ll help out.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

  • You can choose between a refund, product exchange, or 110% store credit.

  • If your item was part of a bundle or kit, the entire kit must be returned individual items cannot be returned separately.

Shipping Information

To start a return, email support@vionentus.com and we’ll provide the return address.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

If returning a product outside the 100-day trial, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance.

Screen Protector Lifetime Warranty

All of our screen protectors are backed by a lifetime warranty. If your screen protector is cracked or damaged during normal use, we'll send you a replacement—just cover the shipping cost:

  • USA: $7.99

  • International: $14.99

This warranty is valid for the original buyer and does not cover intentional damage or improper installation.
