Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Vionentus, we build products that are made to last and we stand behind them for life. From full grain leather wallets to Apple Watch bands, every Vionentus product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

What's Covered

We'll replace any item with a manufacturing defect, such as:

Broken hardware, stitching, or magnets
Leather separation or tearing under normal use
Malfunctioning charger, connector, or clasp
Material issues not caused by abuse or wear

If it fails under regular use, we'll replace it no questions asked.

What's Not Covered

While we cover real issues, we can't replace products that are:

Lost or stolen
Damaged intentionally or through misuse
Aged naturally (patina, scuffs, cosmetic scratches)
Modified or tampered with

How to Claim a Replacement

Contact us via this page or email us at support@vionentus.com with photos of the issue
We'll review your claim within 1 to 2 business days
Once approved, we ship your replacement free of charge

We may ask for additional photos to verify claims and prevent abuse of this policy.
