Delivery was very prompt (arrived on the Sunday of a holiday weekend!) and packaging was great. Will-designed wallet that fit my requirements (cutout so I can easily thumb out a single card on the go, holder for an AirTag, windowed pocket for an ID), reasonably priced.
Minor complaints (not dealbreakers):
- The multiple layers of leather contribute to a somewhat bulky feeling. Offering customers the choice of “full leather” vs “slim design” with a thinner material dividing credit card pockets could be a solution
- The cutout on the back panel to allow users to slide out one card using their thumb is mostly functional – however having the cutout be an oval-shaped slot in the center of the back panel would make it easier to slide the card out without having to grab the entire wallet
— A flap with a snap holds the AirTag in place on the front panel. The snap works great. However, dollar bills could snag on the snap when being slid in. Suggest either reorienting the snap so it is tucked into the bottom left corner of the bills compartment, or incorporating a thin cover running the full length of the bills compartment that can be lifted up to handle the snap and otherwise left down to allow bills to go in smoothly.
– The pull for the coin pocket is a bit too thick and long, and it flaps around a lot. Given how small the pocket is, I may remove the pull and simply move the slide with my fingernails. Consider a slide design that has a removable pull, or that doesn’t need a pull
- Body heat will make the plastic of the windowed ID card slot stick to the card and prevent easy removal. Choose textured plastic to avoid sealing/bonding.
