Fast Shipping from the USA
All orders ship from our US warehouse in Dallas, Texas.
Order Processing and Tracking
- Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
- If your order contains several items, they may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Delivery Times and Costs
- United States: free shipping on every order, no minimum. Delivery in 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- International: shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days after shipping, and in rare cases up to 14 business days because of customs.
Delayed, Lost or Missing Packages
- If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will check with the carrier.
- If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipping, or the carrier marks it as lost, we will reship it or refund you in full.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help you resolve it.
- Higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address before you complete your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can correct the address before the order ships.
