First, I want to thank my husband for being such a good model. Now, I searched a lot to find this. I gave a closer look and I ended up picking this up because of the great reviews. Overall I feel very satisfied, can't believe I didn't know about these before. I will certainly be looking out for more of you guys.
I remember how I wanted my dream backpack to be years ago, and I can't believe I fianlly have something that's pretty much all I can ask for. The incorporated vacuum bag is neat. The interior design lets me get very very organized without issues and pretty much everything I carry around fits in perfectly. I was thinking the only thing this needs is a solar panel but nah, I'm getting the power bank next week and that's probably more than enough.
The customer service is non existent, I ordered this backpack 2 weeks before I needed it as the shipping date said 6-10 days, The trip had come and gone and as soon as I landed back in my home country the bag had arrived, I tried telling the customer service to refund me but they ignored me completely. I don’t even care if it’s a good product at this point, it’s terrible management has made it not worth the hundreds it cost.

It's expensive, not going to sugar coat it for you. But I think you get every penny off it. I've tried who knows how many and nothing's been up to my needs till tjhis one.
Mine came with a tiny defect, literally thje zipper didn't have a bar and they sent me a good one super fast. Customer support deserves an F1 prize.

Excellent quality and the price is a bit steep but I feel like I've gotten more than what I paid for.
Of course they forced me to put it in the metal box to check if they could wring me off some money, but the thing slipped through like it was made with that exact frigging fit. Absolutely worth every single cent.

It felt a little overbearing, like the learning curve for using it effectively was larger than a regular bag, but hey, totally worth the time learning it.
My only complain, if anything, is that you guys only have it in black.

The whol vacuum seems a lot more gimmicky before it sucks the air out and you can keep days of clothing in it like it's nothing.

This was my only luggage for a wekk long trip and it wasn't thje slightest bit uncomfortable. If they an do this with a backpack, I have no idea what these guys are gonna do with luggage.
